We will aim to spend at least 30 minutes with you considering your potential claim. If we consider that your claim is worthy of further consideration, we may spend longer.

You will be under no obligation whatsoever to bring a claim or to use Blackburn & Co. as your solicitors to bring your claim as a result of attending a free initial consultation and considering your claim.

If you decide not to bring a claim, we will not charge you for the time we spent considering your claim. If you do however bring a claim which is successful, we will charge you for the initial consultation and considering your claim but only to the extent that your opponent pays for the initial consultation and considering your claim.

In other words, you will never yourself have to pay for the initial consultation and considering your claim which will therefore effectively be free.
